Executives who build their own tools. Teams that use AI on their own work

Programmes for executives, teams and departments, and operations, each built around the participants' own systems and where their time actually goes. Delivered personally by the founders.

The first-mover problem

Every organisation in this industry is working out how to adopt AI, and the first movers will have a large advantage. The block is rarely willingness.

Executives know AI matters, but not where it applies to them. The problems worth solving are specific to each business. Nobody outside can find them; the knowledge has to be in-house.

Generic courses teach the tools, not how to think. People finish knowing what AI can do in general, and still not how it applies to their own Monday morning.

Without that capability in-house, the investment stalls at the demo stage. Leadership sponsors it, teams try it, and the pilot ends without reaching daily work.

What the programmes look like

Three tracks, each built around the participants' own work, and delivered personally by Denis and Pavan.

Executives. Where AI applies to your business and how. Each participant builds a small customised solution that runs on their own machine, with their own instance of AI, against a problem they own.

Teams and departments. Finance learns to use AI for finance work. Technology teams learn to write and ship code faster. The examples come from the department's own backlog.

Operations. Teams learn to build their own small solutions for the problems they hit on the floor, so the fix lives with the people who need it.

Where it leads

The highest return on AI investment is to start here: teaching each stakeholder to use AI in their own role. People leave using AI daily, on their own work, and usually with a small working tool.

At one client, a dedicated in-house AI team now drives adoption across departments, and people on the floor solve their own problems with AI. That is the point at which training stops being a programme and becomes how the company works.
