A CRM the sales team actually keeps current
Voice updates from the road become structured CRM records. Before every meeting, an AI-assembled briefing pulls the full relationship history, from the CRM and from the operation, onto one page.

Why the CRM was always wrong
The pattern is familiar in every field sales team. Reps spend their days in customers' offices and their evenings not updating the CRM. Whatever is in there is weeks old. Management stops trusting it, reps stop bothering, and the relationship history lives in individual inboxes and heads.
At this operator the cost showed up before meetings. A rep would walk into an account with no view of the open disputes, the service issues from last month or the promise a colleague had made in March.
What we built
Updates by voice. After a visit the rep talks for a minute. The agent turns that into a structured update against the right account: contacts, next steps, commitments, risks. The rep confirms and moves on.
Briefings before every meeting. For each meeting on the calendar the agent assembles a one-page briefing: the relationship history from the CRM, the recent email thread, and the live operational picture for that account, including shipments, exceptions and billing status. It arrives before the meeting, not after.
What changed
The CRM is current, because updating it is now easier than not updating it. Reps walk into meetings with the full relationship history, and the operational reality, in front of them.
The management view followed from that. Pipeline and account health are read from the CRM again, because for the first time the CRM reflects what is actually happening.
