Same team, three times the customer volume
AI agents built around the operator's own workflows. Information moves itself, follow-up runs automatically, and routine questions are answered from operational data.

The double cost of busy work
Skilled people at this operator spent most of the day on administration, not the work they were hired to do. Three patterns made up most of it.
Moving information by hand. Details were copied out of documents and email and typed into systems that did not talk to each other.
Chasing and following up. Leads, approvals, payments and updates all relied on someone remembering to come back to them.
Answering the same questions. Requests arrived by email, chat and phone, and each one needed a person to look something up and reply.
The cost is double: skilled people doing admin, and the skilled work they are not doing while they do it.
What we built
We build AI agents around the workflows themselves. The work is accelerated, not replaced, and the people stay in the loop for what genuinely needs them.
Information moves itself. The agent reads documents and email, extracts what matters, and writes it into the systems that need it.
Follow-up runs automatically. The agent tracks what is outstanding and keeps chasing until there is a response, escalating only what needs a person.
Routine requests are answered directly. By email or voice, with the answer drawn from operational data rather than from whoever happens to remember.
What the client reported
After implementation the client reported the same team being able to handle three times the customer volume. That is their figure, not one we measured, and it is the one they use.
The quieter result is the one that keeps the change in place: skilled people are back on skilled work, and the administration that used to scale with headcount no longer does.
